RMS Auction Coming:
Friday, March 14, 20086:00 PMThe Brockey Conference Center, South Rickardsburg Community College
The RHS PTSA is hosting a fundraising auction on Friday, March 14th, at the Pfitsch Conference Center at South Rickardsburg Community College. This fun event includes live music, dinner, two silent auctions, and a live auction hosted by auctioneer Tom Huytler, PA announcer for the Rickardsburg Fighting Knights and KOMO sports personality.
Did you know that:
The majority of silent auction items sell for less than their stated value?
Item values range from $10 to several thousands, and in past years, half of the items were valued at less than $50?
A silent auction is a fun, easy, and stress-free way to participate in the auction process, especially for people who are new to auctions? (You always know exactly how much you are bidding for something!)
The auction is the primary fundraiser for the PTSA. We sponsor many worthwhile projects at RHS, including grants to teachers and staff that enable them to offer additional programs, equipment, and resources to your students, which would not possible with limited district dollars.
Tickets are on sale now! You should have received your invitation in the mail. If not, or if you need additional copies visit the PTSA Web site at this page Gather together a table of friends and get ready for an evening of fun!
We need your donations! You can donate any new item or service to the auction. We have received some very generous donations but need more to help us meet our goals. Check out the web site to see the current catalog of items and donation forms. You can mail or drop off your item in the school office.

School Nurse Request
Cold and Flu season is upon us and students are being sent home on a recent regular basis. Our wonderful school nurse, Ms. Sandy offers a flyer with great advice. Click here to see that flyer.
She is having a "Kleenex" drive, and requests boxes of Kleenex, or handi-packs she can pass out to students. Also, she is requesting caffeine-free herbal teas to give to students who come in achy and with the sniffles.
